Policies
Sales Tax
Inspirations Kitchen & Bath/ Ikbdirect.com Does Not Collect Sales Tax for items shipped from our site Except For Local New Jersey Sales Tax at The standard Rate Of 6.00% which will be added at the time of Check out.
Shipping
All Items over $99.00 on our Site will be shipped to you free of charge. With the exception of items that have Freight Charges for Bulk Items. These Items will have shipping costs listed. Special request for overnight shipping can be done. Call 732-335-8822 or e-mail us for details.
All orders under $99.00 will have a $10.00 service charge added to the order.
Restocking Fee
There is a 25% restocking fee on all items returned and or exchanged for any reason other than damaged or defective items.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order has already been shipped it is subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus your cost of shipping the item back to us.
We will not refund any item untill it has been returned to us.
Sending Orders Back
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to have the items shipped back to our store.

Return /Exchange Policy
*There is a 25% restocking fee on all items returned and or exchanged for any reason other then damaged or defective items.
*Inspect your items upon arrival for shipping damages. You must notify us within (3) days of receipt of your item for any shipping damages. We can not take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point.
*You must call for a Returned Good Authorization number (RGA #) you can contact us between 9-5 Monday - Friday EST. at 732-335-8822. Any return without a RGA number will be refused.
*Returns and or Exchanges will not be accepted after 20 Days from when you receive your shipment.
* All Returns Must Be in there original packing all of the items that came in that package must be returned in the original box. Any incomplete or missing items will be charged back to you. We will refuse any package sent back for return or exchange that is not in the original package that it was sent out in.
Payment Policy
Items offered on our site are special ordered for you, your charge card will be charged for your entire order at the time of check out. Any item Listed on our site as CUSTOM ORDER will be non refundable/non-returnable once your order is placed,unless that item is damaged in transit or is defective. (see our return policy)
Pricing & Availability
Inspirations Kitchen & Bath / Ikbdirect.com makes every effort to ship our items in 24-48 hours from receipt of your order. Our orders are shipped from several warehouse locations across the United States and Canada. Some items make take longer to ship if they are coming from the Original Manufacturer. If there is going to be an extended lead time on your order you will be notified via e-mail.
You may request a lead time by calling our office between the hours of 9-5 Monday - Friday EST.
Some Faucets and sinks sold on our site Can be shipped over night to you. Please Call us for details and shipping costs.
